THE SPIRITUALITY OF SUPERMAN

I had forgotten until recently that Superman once wore a black suit with a silver Superman logo. Its called the recovery suit. I argue that the significance of Superman's black recovery suit is spiritual and should get special recognition on the Easter holiday alongside of the Easter Bunny, Easter eggs, Easter baskets, Chocolate, etc. After Superman was killed by Doomsday in the "Death Of Superman " comic, the kryptonians put Kal-El in the black suit while they were resurrecting him. The Black suit helped Kal-El absorb more energy from the sun and resurrect faster. Superman also briefly wore the black suit when he lost his ability to get energy from the sun. S...
